• Prices advertised on the website excludes delivery charges. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
• Delivery charge within Chittagong: BDT 100 & express home delivery in Dhaka BDT 130. For other regions in Bangladesh, the parcel has to be collected from nearest SA Paribahan or Sundarban courier service BDT 130 charge.
• We provide worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx if the shipping cost is lower than the total amount of clothes purchased. Please email or text us via whatsApp for further queries regarding international orders.
• We accept cash on delivery or bkash for all orders inside Bangladesh.
• Only one promotion code can be used per order if applicable.
• We take customized orders for all items. Chat with our fashion consultant via whatsapp specifying your requirements for placing a customized order.
• If you believe an item you’ve purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you’re missing an item, contact us at customercare@olyve.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 48hrs of receiving your order in order to be eligible for an exchange.
• No exchange policy available once you receive the product. If you wish to make any changes to your existing order after placing it, please inform us and we will assist you right away.
• For cancelling your order, please text us via WhatsApp but ensure that it is prior to the delivery date.
